We put more effort into producing better marketing materials because first impressions count. So at Humphrey and Brand as well as investing in marketing and advertising we maximise the value of every home by providing professional presentation and marketing advice - completely free of charge.

All our property particulars are produced in-house to superior standards giving comprehensive, clear and accurate representations, including detailed floor plans. The images we reproduce come from professional photographers and floor-planners. And with our own hi-tech print room we can produce quality details the same day.

At Humphrey and Brand we realise that our biggest asset on our staff and people who have used Humphrey and Brand always say our greatest strength is our people.  All of our team members are trained to the highest standards and because we look after our staff, they stay with us longer. What’s all this then?

Unlike all other local agents you don’t decide our fee until exchange of contracts. That means you’ll know exactly how good we are so you can choose a fee based on your first-hand experience of our work.

“We won’t fix a fee for you, we’ll let you set it once we’ve sold your home’”

All we ask is that you agree to a professional services fee of between 1% and 2% (plus any applicable VAT). When contracts have exchanged, you tell us what you want to pay, between that agreed range. It‘s entirely up to you – you decide the figure, and we’ll sort out the paperwork.
